ITI’s Customer Care unit provides technical support for its customers through a toll free phone number or direct on-line support using Citrix GoToAssist™. Customer Care Technicians are available Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
ITI’s Customer Care Technicians monitor customer installed systems to ensure uninterrupted service. In the rare event of a system failure, our Customer Care staff is often aware of the issue and can resolve it before the location is made aware of the problem. In the majority of cases, issues can be resolved remotely within minutes, without the need to wait for a service technician to go to the site.
Customer Care Technicians monitor SST consumable levels and dispatch a technician to the site to replace forms and ribbons as needed.
