Who services the cash boxes?

Cash serving can be handled several ways dependent upon jurisdictional needs and requirements, examples include:

The SST can be treated as a service window, with agency personnel loading a bank at the beginning of the work day, and balancing out at the close of business, or arrangements can be made for an armored car service to be responsible for loading and picking up cash.

How expensive is the SST/kiosk?

There are no upfront costs to the agency for an SST or kiosk. Once the SST(s) are installed and functional, a per-transaction fee is assessed. The transaction fees are based on several factors, including transaction types, and volumes.

How are SSTs supported in the field?

ITI supports and maintains the SST’s and kiosks in the field. ITI ensures there is always a sufficient supply of consumables to allow for uninterrupted service to the public. ITI also provides routine preventive maintenance, and in the unlikely event the system needs servicing, its highly trained technicians will be dispatched for service.

Is there a separate fee for service and/or support?

There are no additional fees for service or support; these fees are included in the per-transaction fee.
